Cha Gio is much like Lumpia here in the Philippines. Even the recipe is the same. Though there are lots of lumpia flavors here in the Philippines. You can add more ingredients depending on the occasion or the available ingredients. In any case Cha Gio or Lumpia, we are all Asians here anyways. Cheers to Cha Gio! And happy eating!
