The Perfume Pagoda is not one pagoda as it’s name suggests, but an area with about 38 pagodas. It is a full day trip, with a real variety of experiences.To start off, the boat trip we took to get to the pagoda is relaxing with lots of nature to see along the way. The pagoda itself is in a cave down a long flight of stairs at the top of the mountain. Incense wafts out of the cave and creates a mystical, spiritual atmosphere. I see people burning incense and bringing offering to the pagoda, and you wouldn’t help noticing the flowery fragrance in the entire pagoda.A lovely way to unwind for a day.
