Jackfruit is among the most tempting fruits, both in smell and taste. Though it’s good to eat this fruit as it is, it is surprising how vietnamese kitchen adds Jackfruit to many of its dishes and desserts. The best way for me to have it is after chilled a little bit. But make sure you place it in a sealed food storage box. Else, its smell will consume the whole fridge.
