The city Hà Đông (about 200,000 inhabitants) was the capital of the province of Hà Tây before it was fully incorporated to Hanoi in 2008. We pass through Hà Đông regularly when we go to Hanoi. As almost everywhere in the country, there are built many buildings. However, the architecture of the new buildings, especially the skyscrapers is, in my opinion, rather unimaginatively.
