Cloud Pass

South of Hue lays the 20 km long Hai Van Pass. During the Vietnam War the pass was one of the most embattled areas. He is almost 496 meters high and often draped in clouds. Thus came the name: cloud pass. In the meantime you can also get through a 6.3 km long tunnel from Hue to Da Nang. But the route across the cloud pass is definitely more attractive. The view of the sea was so beautiful that I repeatedly asked Hoang Anh, who took me along on her scooter, to stop. Translated by Caterina [nggallery id=3]
