The Tày are the largest minority of Vietnam with about 1.8 million people. However, in Hòa Bình live only 23,000 of them. This means that the Tày are ranked fourth in the provincial population statistics after the Mường, Kinh (Vietnamese) and Thái. Cathrin’s Facebook 09-21-2014
