Vietnam Hailed One of the World’s 25 Best Countries to Visit in 2015

Vietnam is one of the world’s 25 best countries to visit in 2015. This is according to the American travel website Fodor.

Based on the article, Vietnam is rich in the past, yet quick to adapt to the modern world. Fodor highlighted the breathtaking views as well as the sumptuous meals of the country. Moreover, the site pointed out that this year is the 40th anniversary of the end of the war, making Vietnam an even more perfect destination to learn about its colourful history.

Places such as Ha Noi, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City are teeming with old yet regal structures like temples, colonial buildings and local markets. Cruising on a boat along Ha Long Bay and watching the rice paddies of the Mekong Delta are just among the top activities preferred by visitors when in the place.

But at the same time, contemporary establishments like restaurants and hotels abound, assuring tourists of a substantial and comfortable stay.

Go List 2015 also listed Vietnam on the 20th place of the same criteria based on the following requirements: “emerging hot spots, valued destinations, locations that will host special events in 2015 and suitable for every type of traveller.”

While Vietnam continues to attract visitors because of its rich history and culture, the warm hospitality of its people and affordable rates are added bonuses which will always entice tourists from all over the world to explore the natural beauty of the nation.
